The Catholic University of America

Graduate Students

Dear New Graduate Student,

Congratulations and welcome to CUA! We are excited that you chose to further your education at CUA.

To assist in your transition to The Catholic University of America, the University offers an orientation session on campus to help ease your transition into graduate studies.

The New Graduate Student Orientation provides a general introduction to graduate life at CUA. New graduate students will hear from a number of campus offices and services that we hope will help you succeed as a CUA student, and will provide a head start in your studies.

If you are unable to attend the orientation session on campus, CUA also offers online orientation program, which is designed to address basic transitional needs and provide students with an understanding of student services and resources. To access the online orientation, click the link on the left hand side of the page labeled online orientation.

New beginnings are both exciting and challenging; CUA’s orientation program will help you enjoy this new beginning and provide a solid start on your first semester. I hope you will take an opportunity to learn about CUA, its people and resources.

Our staff is here to help you in your CUA experience. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance via phone at 202-319-5247 or via email at
